Space Invaders, Astroids, DK, Centipede 2x, Nintendo Cabs 3x, Astroids delx, DK-junior 3x, Moon Patrol, Frogger 2x, Gyross, Spy Hunter 2x, Tron, Dug Dug, Cangaroo, DK-3 2x, Pengo, Mappy, Q-bert, Mario Bros. 3x, Gorf, Spy Hunter 2x, Galaxian. Alls uprights. Sorry no prices yet. We will keep you informed.

Just an advise, Pole Position are very common in Europe (I bought a complete one for 50 euros), I don't think that you should "waste" the space of your container with these games.

there are some games on the new list that would be ok to have, but nothing that i desperately need, but the other 4 games are still the ones i'd be interested in:

- frogger
- gyruss
- millipede
however, it would be perfect if we could get a ROUGH idea on the prices: are they going to be around the pac man bulk buy price or in the nintendo range - would make it much easier to do some planning and to get some guys on board!

I only know one person in Europe who have this game (Wanou from France, member on this board 8) ). I've never seen this game for real, even for sale somewhere...
I would say this one is pretty rare in Europe, but I don't think many collectors are looking for this ... hum ...very special :roll: ... game.

[Edit] I actually think Wild Kingdom is one of the more popular EM shooting cabs....think I saw a couple restored on US forums...but I'm not sure. I'd love to play one of these again. Not own one, but play yes....Those were the first games I played, along with the early B/W videogames :D

wild kingdom is one of those games i'd love to add to my collection, but the price he's asking is insane! i'm also looking for midway's haunted house or bally's space flight, but i guess the later is almost impossible to catch. don't want to have a huge range of em games, just two or three, so i have to be extremely picky here!

Yes, some of these big games (Mortal Kombat, Terminator,...) may not be the most interesting ones for vintage cabinets collectors like some of us, but I use to see such games on many 'game room' owners, I mean guy who are more 'Snooker / pinballs', who just want to have on big cabinet, a simple game but funny game for all visitors. I would say that these games can be find already in Europe, it wasn't maybe necessary to import these games.
Anyway, I'm sure Paul will sell them.
As I said previously... stay tuned until the beginning of next week, Paul will receive an other container that should include the classics you're waiting for. No list so far, but it should be very nice ;)

Unfortunately prices are not in the same price range as with the 'ms. pac-man deal'. Not complaining though, we knew that that deal was a once in a lifetime opportunity. So I'm still considering what to do, also because MP has gone.

when there's a 850 Euro price tag on a Q*bert here. But we don't know what Paul payed for the machines, we don't know the cost of importing, transport, container etc. plus he's a _business_. You can't blame him for trying to earn money.

Not happy with my offer ? My offer was not _that_ far away from your asking price.
That is for a machine that I have not seen yet, and have only seen one picture of without much details. The monitor could be bust, the PCB's could be bust, they could both be bust, in fact there could be no PCB's at all....
As a matter of fact, it is more than I've offered or paid for any other machine before, yes MORE than the Star Wars cockpit. I also have a certain budget. Some people have higher budgets, so such is life.
Business also sometimes means negotiating. Of course when someone comes along who pays the full price it's your choice to sell it to him.
But the story is that you first asked us to let you know what machines we were interested in. So I send you an e-mail saying I'm interested in a Q*bert. No other machine, just Q*bert.
In response you send an e-mail with the the list of machines to me so I'm informed about the price.
Then I respond with an offer and also the reasons why I offered that amount (the total rarity of Q*bert PCB's and since it's not working, I will have to invest in that too, either for a repair or a board-set).
You don't respond. Not even "your bid is too low".
I think that's not the way, just MHO of course.
I wish Thwocker good luck with his Q*bert...he's going to need it.
Since business is business I am still interested in a Q*bert. This is nothing personal, I was just sad that the machine was gone without any communications.

I asked Paul also about some other cabs/prices and the communications went just fine. Nothing to complain about.
Maybe because of the amount of request/emails he got when the list was published, yours slipped through..

Same for me, no problem of communication but I supposed that he received a lot of emails about arcade cabinets (and it's not his main business) so maybe he missed your email...

No he didn't miss my e-mail because, as he mentions, he found my bid too low but did not reply back.
I don't want to blow this out of proportion, Paul is OK, we had great communication during the Ms.Pac transaction that is just why I was disappointed this time.
