Title: OW monitor power... where??

Hello.
I have had my OW for 6 months now, and i really like to get it to work...
theres no power to the monitor, and i don´t know where to draw power from..
I have dloadet the manual, but im a little confused...
please see pictures:

these wires comes from the monitor, anyone know wich set is 110V and 220V?

Your monitor appears to be a Hantarex MTC 900.
It needs 128 V AC for monitor operation and 220 V AC for degaussing circuit. It needs an isolation transformer. You need to pick these two AC voltages from the output of the power transformer.

there´s supposed to be 3 fuses, mine are all missing (wtf!) do you know the sizes of them?
