I guess this glass is rather uncommon.

You could try it at UKVAC forum. Muddymusic prints arcade stuff, maybe he can help you. Also there is a user called Mikonos. He's a bit difficult and was banned from most forums. He says he restores arcade art for free....which means he doesn't charge any money for reproducing the artwork BUT you have to pay for a print and you will NOT get the file...so handle with care ;)  He's really good, though and from what I have read the prints are very good quality as well. Maybe he has something for you.
