I, too, highly doubt that this is fully licensed / legal. Not only regarding the games on the 60-in-1 (which alone would require license deals with not only Namco and Nintendo, but also quite a few smaller players like Nichibutsu), but also when it comes to the cabinet artwork (see the pacmans all over it? ;) )

I wonder if they get away with it.

I don't think this is a picture of the cabinet they are selling. It looks like a used one, there is damage to the side panel and the coin lock is missing.

This exactly machine is in operation at Hommerson in Scheveningen Netherlands by the way..

In a country where bootleg machines neatly got official licenses I doubt they will have any trouble.
