Normally i am not a huge fan of mame cabs, but this is executed very nice (except for the x arcade CP though..)

they took a lot of afford to make it look like this... i don´t like it.. but what it totally ruins for me is the x-arcade as a control panel. why the hell are you buliding a custom cab when you finally put this stick in it???

That's a very simple question. Because they have nothing to do with arcade. Obviously those guys are into casemodding and building and designing stuff. So if they do a "Frankencade" or a crazy washing machine is emotionally the same. Nobody wants to use that thing. they build it, it's there, people (which are mostly also none involved in arcade gaming) will have their "ooooh" and "aaaahhhh" moments and that's it. Project finished.

PS: I can't even imagine how Omega Race, a BW vector game that you play with a knob must feel like on that machine.

I'm usually not a big fan of mame cab but this one is funny with lot of work

But so many working hour to finaly use an x arcade...
