I find this strage... They sell the kickplate artwork for Crystal Castles which I am in need for.
I asked them how much the item would be and they gave me a price that was okay for me. I asked them 3 times now if it would be possible to send it to me and if I could have an invoice to pay the thing. No response to any of those mails.
I would love to buy the artwork since I want to continue with my Crystal Castles-project. As far as I can see they are the only guys around to sell the kickplate.
Any help getting it from them would be quite cool. :)

[sigh] sometimes it takes a while for them to answer. Was the same with the Journey artwork...everything was arranged and the no more reply...and the date for Container#1 to leave was approaching. But everythen went well in the end....be patient :)

i would love to pay them... but they won´t let me. :) you think 6 to 8 weeks is still ok? ;)

Got exactly the same problem than you for a complete fix it felix artworks package... I finally give up :-\

i placed a new order and the invoice for the payment should be here as soon as it is ready to roll. :)

Rich is a great and very honest guy but he sometimes is extremely slow to respond or ship. It's just the way it is. I would try to keep contacting him. He will eventually help you.

Nobody says otherwise but business is business and that requires follow numbers of rules ..such as responding to customers.

he got back to me, guys. everything is good. they are going to send me the paypal invoice and i hope i can continue with my cc project soon. :)

My experience is the same: high quality product, quick shipping - crap communication. :(

Rich is one of the greatest guys in this hobby. AFAIK This Old Game is just him and the Mrs. and he is really busy with lots of projects and his other artwork online store
He offers amazing quality stuff, often stuff you can't get anywhere else, sometimes created from carefully restored original films....in low production number runs. Did you ever see his screening process.....it goes by hand and takes a lot of time....
it's not a huge business that churns out this stuff by the thousands and has dedicated sales people on the phone/e-mail. I think it's not fair to expect next day responses from him like this....give him a bit of credit and slack.
Often a kind reminder helps......O and he is a member here, although he doesn't post anymore....

A quick update just to let you guys know:
Today I received my invoice for the kickplate artwork. You were right. They are just a bit more relaxed than I am, I guess. :)
So everything is fine, the price is ok and I am sure the quality will be great. I can finally continue with my Crystal Castles-project.

today i had some time to put the kickplate on the crystal castles. amazing quality! this old game rocks!

Just finalized two days ago my "Fix It Felix artworks package" order, after months of mails/hope... ::)
But everything should be fine... I'll let you know of course ;)
