Title: Help wanted with translation from Japanese

I'm having a bit of a problem with my gnet board.
It got some new games and they just wont load.
Instead I'm presented with this screen.

And I don't have a clue what it means.

My wife told me it says "Loading..do not cut off the electricity". Her Japanese is a bit limited, but at least that's something. :)

I am particulary interested what it says in the "loading bar" (its turning blue at the left)

I Googled and did a bit of work, and found out it means SYSTEM ERROR.  :o

Wow thanks for your time and effort.
I did some reading up on the g-net sys and came more or less to the same conclusion.
Never would have thought of what you did for a translation, nice one.
Thanks for your confirmation since the gnet is a bit of a mystery system.
Quite affordable though so I'm not too gutted.
Your help is much appreciated !
