Title: Leg Leveller plates

Does anyone have any idea where I can get some leg leveller plates like this?  I've got two that have got rust on the leg threads and I cannot get any levellers into them.  I suspect the threads are also damaged

Perhaps the arcadeboneyard ?

and then clear the threads with a bolt, or a "tap"
