Hey guys, I was wondering if one of you could help me out here?

When turning on my arcade My Ghouls n Ghost screen gets heavily pixelated after turn on.

Please see the Video for better understanding & let me know what you think it maybe...?

Ha! thanks guys. Yeah The glitch issue was Real. I had re-Seated the chips & it seems to have gone
away. We'll see, As far the Other issue, Still there. I might want to buy a Ghostbusters game now.

Glad you guys enjoyed it.
