Well, that full size Toyota Tundra was killing me on gas and monthly payments, So it had to go. Here is the new car that I got to replace it. I went from 18mpg to 40+ mpg and 250.00 less on payment!

I Love it! If I need a truck for any errand, I'll just rent one for now.

WOw Barry, can you provide us a picture of you driving this car? I mean you're so tall... and this car looks so small ::) :P ;D

parking just got a whole lot easier to find barry ;)

It looks like a "SMART" , and they are bigger on the inside than you expect from a car that look so small

I did the opposite....
I changed the Seat Ibiza for a Mitsubitshi ASX 8)

Guess what? I'm also right now without a car since two weeks :P I'm waiting a new one... but ... delayed all the time! I got from my garage a total shit car during the wait :ghost: I should get the new one in less than 10 days ...
Fortunately, a colleague is ready to go with me and take its car in case of "Emergency Road Trip" or any 'Arcade Life Style story" ;D

Still got a picture of your pickup Barry

This picture reminds me a lot of good memories (https://www.dragonslairfans.com/smfor/index.php?topic=806.msg7872#msg7872) :-*

Thanks for the compliments! :D I'll get a pic of me in the car asap! I did love the truck, but the costs were creating a hardship, and it was pointless to drive the big truck 65 miles per day to just go to and from work. Maybe later, I'll get another one, but a smaller pickup. ;)
-
Yes, Etienne.. You got it! :D Here are some more pix of me and my new Smart Car.

Wait a minite, that's my reanult clio style!!! ;D ;D ;D

i suppose really its just the front half of a car, for two people, no reason for it to be cramped. i wish like you i could have my van and a small car, that would be perfect
-
It looks like a fun car, but is there any collision protection? I mean, you don't have much space between you and a bumper of a big lorry, for me a reason not to buy a car like that. Or is it so leight that you just bounce back?

Actually indeed it does what you mention...
When the Smarts were released I talked with a guy that worked at a car damage repair shop and he said it was almost like a tennis-ball....
-
Well, i imagine there´s not much room in my new baby??? - or can you find a picture of it too, hauling an arcade/pinball machine André?? ;)

Not exactly, but this will work even better with your open car !

No, this time I promise it's not a teasing :)

Nice ride bruno !, it has lots of space, and i see a towing hook for a wagon if you are planning some serious roadtripping/cabhunting ;D
-
Nuno: Good choice, the C4 Grand Picasso is awesome!!!
I try here at a local Citröen dealer: it's enormus and very easy to drive!!!
I have a Picasso and, If I get a new work, I'm thinking to get or a C4 Picasso or the Gran Pigasso version.
Happy roadtrips ;)

I also have a set of Ms. Pacman for my Girlfriend's VW, but I didn't have time to install yet.
-
Cool! :-*
When my wife saw the 'NAMCO' sticker on my new car, she asked me : "Why won't you put some Pac Man stickers for example?"
Yyyeess!!! I'm thinking about something similar, but I will use the original Pac Man sprites (bigger pixels) ;D
-
Yeah, some arcadelifestyle car customisations!
I stenciled some SI on my sun shades... Honk 3 times if you like to shoot invaders ;)
(More info on that "mysterious" cab in a future post)
