Well - you guys here at DLF have certainly made an impact on me and so last Saturday, as I whizzed about the UK - I kept a journal and put pictures on my facebook account. Just to test the waters I also made a quick web page out of it..

Dunno if its an interesting read, or indeed worth a post - but I had a great time and against all odds - I got me some cabs too :)

Rav' is back on track... two new cabs!  :-*
It's nice so see Oll 'in action' too  ;D ...but where are the Buck Rogers cockpit and ... Starblade pictures  ::) :P ;D

Whaaaa... a Astro Blaster !!!
The first cabinet that nailed me on the floor regarding sound. "Alert, alert intruder alert. ... All battlestations ... Prepare for docking ..."
The game was shit like hell but it always attracted me to watch the demo just to hear it say some words. :-)

EDIT: I do not think that is geniune Astro Blaster cab. I remember it being a bit higher and more impressive.

I remember ALL classic arcade cabs to be higher and more impressive. It's probably because I was shorter then !

And I confirm that's an original Astro Blaster.
