Excellent, thanx!

EDIT: man, i noticed that all the marquees on that site have the name of the site in transparency... do you know if there's a link for marquees without "additional graphics" ?

thanks, very appreciated ;)

Hmmm, sure it's a solution but time consuming  ;D

Don't say that there are no sites with good and un-scarred marquees!  :ghost:

Maybe, just maybe, you should read the first page of that site.....

AFTER (and only AFTER) that you should maybe click on "Join us!"....

In this visual age, we tend to loose our focus when it comes to texts.  ;D

Read ALL about how this became available here:

As you can see I pretty much launched the idea of the groupbuy that made it possible to get the goodies :D

A lot of people chipped in 50 bucks to buy the artwork package and get a harddrive big enough (those were still very expensive then, hence some suggested distribution on DVD's....now we laugh at the price of a 1 TB Harddisk. And we "only" needed HALF a Terabyte.... :D

Unfortunately that site is blocked by the firewall of the firm i work for... anyhow, even if i cannot read the full story, its a matter of fact that all the people that put efforts on keeping the arcade culture up deserve full respect  :spaceace: :spaceace: :spaceace:

That is so cool, a group of arcade 'friends' who don't know each other in person, but don't hesitate to spend money and to organize a way of sharing, in order to save a great artwork collection for the entire arcade community. Makes me almost cry. I'm so happy to say that I just donated something also to cover hosting costs etc.

I just donated too there, like erik says, its a cool thing that somebody is taking the effort to host this resource, and the fee is not so much, and defenetly worth it !
