Title: Original classic arcade receipts with pricing

I was really wondering how much those classics costed back then? Anybody have an idea about that?
What did a pacman-cab cost in 1980? Al examples welcome. Please both EU (read guilders, dmarks and francs) and USA prices.

I do know that Donkey Kong Jr. cost 1,200.00 back in 1982..  As a curious kid, I called a local vending company and asked how much...  I remember wishing I had 1,200 bucks!!   ;D
