I need some help, I have two pcbs broken:
The roc'n rope is working but there are strange brown areas around each moving objects.

The other one is vanguard, the screen is running, sometimes it stops but the scoretable is in the middle of the screen instead of the top(screen adjustment is ok).

I have an old friend who repairs arcade cabinets and pcbs from the 80's, he said it could be a ram problem with both pcbs.
Is there anybody of you can fix these?
Thanks in advance.

Looks like ROM or RAM problems to me.
Try re-seating them. (Getting them out of the sockets, and pushing them back in firmly but gently).
-
- and check the voltage to..
-
I did both, but the problem is still there :-\
Do you an expert, who can repair boards?

www.andysarcade.de
He's the best IMHO.

Try cleaning the edge connectors, check and reseat any ribbon cables, adjust +5V.

True. I wish I could repair them all, but some just don't want to play ball. Still, approximately 9/10 isn't bad. :)
