There is one with art and marquee for sale at arcadiabay.de. I've read it's not a cheap game, but 399€ seems pretty steep...

Post by: petieken on February 18, 2010, 10:33:07 PM: I got a few offers for this game (original) and the average price is about $300-350 for a working one. Sometimes the initial asking price was even higher...

Anyway, I just bought a non working original on eBay for $240, the description states he (the seller) got it from an operators warehouse so it's probably suicided (both batteries dead). The decrypted roms are freely available on the dead battery society website so hopefully it will be fixed with those roms and a few wires to get the Q-Sound working again.

Edit:
I also got a Namco Classic Collection vol. 2 (Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Rally-X) from the same seller for $14 :D

The original is pretty rare it seems, most of the boards I found were those cheap bootlegs.
