I was born in 1984 and im also a midway cab fan.

played the shit out of the MK cabs. The KI cabs i got myself a time a go.

Sold them because i was concerned about the lifetime of the crt monitors.

Hi guys ,

I know the most of the people from this forum loves only old classic games like donkey kong and stuff.

I like that stuff alot also , but i was always a huge fan of the Killer Instinct games

So i am busy with making a cabinet special for this new game

This is the cab of the developers of the new KI game

My plan is to make the same cabinet by myself

this is what i got so far

Now what i want to ask here is that someone can make the marquee for me

this is the logo that i need but i want the logo a little bit bigger than this

the size of the whole marquee i need is 80cm by 14.5 cm so i can send it to my local print store to print it out

is there someone who can help me?

thx

I didnt overlooked that i knew it before i make the CP

its easy to switch the Cp so
i also make another cp like the original Dk Cp Etienne no panic hehe

Edit ::my joystick is also higher than yours so i have more space because my hand is higher and go over the edge by pressing to left

are you sure it was a good idea to already put the t-molding in? you'll have problems keeping it clean when the paint job starts, don't you think?

i taked it back off

it was just to test

did some more work today

putting the cab together with some L brackets

works very good

the strip you see in front is just to hold the cab together , will be removed later

cutting the base

and put it together with a needle pistol (dunno how you call it in English :))

now i needed to get a router and routerblade

i get a new one , i will use this for other projects too.

finding the routerblade was more difficult i went from shop to shop and finally found one.

do a testcut and fit

Perfect

makes a lot of dust

but it looks awesome

I am very happy with the results so far , next step is putting the cab more together

but i dont have mutch time atm so i will see when i work back on it
