http://www.thevalvepage.com/teletech/crt_rej/crt_rej.htmif you read German:
http://www.andysarcade.de/data/electronics/testing/mueter/mueter_funkschau_sonderdruck.pdfYou just need one of these machines. Alternative brands (usually from the US) are B&K and Sencore. However, these are more rare on this side of the Atlantic and the Müters are wonderful quality and available for great prices.
Next you need adapters to use on the numerous types of CRTs that have been made throughout the decades.
You have to know the CRT number (NOT the monitor brand/type, that is useless information) and then look it up in this great list:
http://www.andysarcade.de/data/electronics/testing/mueter/mueter_crt_liste_2009.pdfYou can let your computer search through this document but note there are often spaces where you don't expect them so always double check by simply looking it up yourself.
More Müter documentation on Speleo_DE's great webiste:

ONE VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH THESE REJUVENATORS YOU CAN COMPLETELY DESTROY A PERFECTLY FINE TUBE SO BE CAREFUL !!!!
This is also why I advice getting the 95 or 2005 models, or (if you have plenty of money) the Sencore CR7000 because these offer "automatic" rejuvenation.
ALSO NOTE that I use this device more as a TESTER than as a rejuvenator. I have maybe done 1 or 2 actual rejuventions while I have tested a lot more tubes. If the meters show "GOOD" believe it ! Do NOT rejuvenate a tube that is even "just" good an all guns.
Last note: CAREFULLY READ THE MANUAL AND FOLLOW EVERY STEP EXACTLY to get reliable measurements. Only then you will know if you need to rejuvenate.
Other than that, this is a great tool as it DOES provide extra life for "tired" tubes....
