She just wants a cheque... Whatever if it is "legal" or not.
Where is it ? Maybe someone can collect and pay cash.

Arcade Lifestyle / A visit at CoinopWarehouse

Hi Everybody,

I visited the USA these last weeks, including a visit at CoinopWarehouse that everybody here probably know. Here are some pics of "behind the scene" I would like to share with you, who share the same container adventure with me.

Let's start with the main floor of the warehouse, straight after the building entrance, the "Show Room" :

Then I don't know how to show you the visit because the warehouse is a real labyrinth. The building is old and has rooms right, left, up, down... I lost myself there ! I suggest to continue with the "Scale Room", not far away from the Show Room. Very appreciated by Lloyd, he has a nice collection :

Sitting near is his jukeboxes crates collection, pretty nice to see such relicas from early last century :

More or less next door is the bowling corner :

A flying diver is here... Guardian of the bowling machines.

And if you continue, you arrive on a ground level, unloading section. Right now stuffed with pinball machines :

Then, I don't know how, I arrived at the arcade cabs storage :

Guess who has one there ?!?

Various machines found around the different rooms and the basement :

A wooden crate full of NOS Bally playfields :

A nice flyer stand, take some space but quite convenient :

Upstair are the offices and the most beautiful jukeboxes of COW, waiting for shipping:

This is their historic warehouse, I did not visit the new one. From the pictures you will easily understand why they don't have a clear picture of their stock, the place is full of rooms - all packed with all kind of machines. I really got lost there, and I don't even show you the loft full of thousand of spare parts.

To conclude, a special dedicace to our webmaster !

Hope you enjoyed the tour, and learned more about our partner CoinopWarehouse.

Valentin

Hi Guys,

I visited a collector today and I am working on buying a batch of machines.
I could have a Seeburg Shoot the Bear. If you have any interest in it, please PM me.

Caution: this is a very expensive machine (budget is at least 1000euro in as-is condition).

I must come back to him at the end of the week.

The topic was a good idea : share your 2015 review. We could have share our achievements (craziest roadtrip, grail purchases, ended restorations) but the way you wrote your topic is really self-oriented...

especially more than certain members who does´nt do anything else than ordering machines on KLOV and let the container bring them to the house.

Don't you do the same with your friend ?
Personally I think finding machines in the US is not easy. It takes time to develop his network when we are not in the country and deals are very difficult to organize, more than in Europe. Americans fear everything about money when it is not cash and inland transportation is something complex and risky.
