i've just been told that a bootleg pcb might also work with the lost cave roms, therefore i'd like to give that a try, because finding a BB bootleg pcb will be much easier (and cheaper) than an original one!
so let's give this another shot: if anyone has a bubble bobble BOOTLEG pcb for sale, please get in touch with me! :)

There's currently one offered at the german forum for EUR 95.-, or 105.- with highscore kit. As he mentions having the Redux roms installed, I suppose it's a bootleg though (ah, he explicitely says it's a boot - I should have read the thread more carefully ;D ).
The guy is from Vienna, so I can assist with shipping or inspection if that helps.

thx martin, the seller has already offered it to me personally and i'm currently in talks with him. the pcb being a bootleg is no problem because the lost cave roms are supposed to work perfectly with it!

It's not working properly yet. Aome dip switches need to be switched too between redux and lost caves.
