that's a wide screen

if you want to play DK, you'll need a "normal" size screen

original or not original

if you want the real deal you need to buy a full original arcade cabinet
all the rest are copy's and it doesnt matter if you put a lot of money in it to get it as close to the original cabinet it wouldnt be a original cabinet

just my 2 cents

I agree with that. You can spend a lot of money on reproduction stickers, reproduction t-molding, reproduction marquee holders, etc...

In the end your cabinet will most definitely look like an original cab, but it's just a reproduction and it will never be a perfect replica. Some people want a 99% perfect replica, some are happy with a 75% replica. But the only 100% replica is an original...

did some more work today

putting the cab together with some L brackets

works very good

the strip you see in front is just to hold the cab together , will be removed later

cutting the base

and put it together with a needle pistol (dunno how you call it in English :))

now i needed to get a router and routerblade

i get a new one , i will use this for other projects too.

finding the routerblade was more difficult i went from shop to shop and finally found one.

do a testcut and fit

Perfect

makes a lot of dust

but it looks awesome

I am very happy with the results so far , next step is putting the cab more together

but i dont have mutch time atm so i will see when i work back on it
