I'm selling this HANG ON.
It's complete AFAIK.
There's a red light that lights up on the PCB… but nothing appears on the screen.
Screen seems to be working when you power on/off the cab.
Cabinet has several busts but I think it's totally worth restoring, just haven't got the time.
It's located in Belgium (should be possible to bring it to The Netherlands fro cheap).
Asking price: 150€
(I also have a non working Atari ROADBLASTERS upright for sale but still need to make decent pics)

It's not a cab fire, the previous owner had that "trick" to add a light bulb inside the cab ;)

Game is still available.
One last bump before I put it on eBay (or part it for my OutRun).

That's an Atari built Hang-On!
Looks totally fixable, the screen bezel looks in good condition with little cigarette burns.
For any new perspective owner, there's a new Freeplay and High Score save mod to be released soon. I've been testing it recently.
I don't need another HO cab but someone must want it for the price.

Try putting it in UKVAC at that price if you're happy to ship. It should sell.

Atari built, really ?? Wow....got more info about that ?

ChrisChris,
I have the same as a sitdown-version which is quite rare. It is around 20cm lower but other than that the same...plus it got the red illumination left and right from the handlebars.
I would like to know how to define it as an Atari-built one.
I never would part that game out, its a great game but if you do I would take some parts.

The only atari hangon i know about is this

We discussed this on UKVAC not long ago when one came up from an OP raid. Oll (Alpha1) was the one who originally mentioned it :)
Look at the insides of your cab, there is an Atari Powerbrick, a non Sega audio AMP, the Sega one is located on the bottom by the Transformer, the physical power switch is on the back of the cab, the Sega built cab has the switch on the side and is covered buy the standard Atari power cover with silver warning label. There's also no fan inside the Sega cab at that position. There's probably a few other similarities too.

Ahh, I see, so I have a standard SEGA-produced one. My power-switch is on the side and it had no fans inside.

Thanks Oll, I will try that later this week.
Anything is better than ebay.
