Hi everyone
« on: January 24, 2011, 04:42:20 PM »
Hello there,

thought I might say "Hi!"

Basically I cought myself coming back regularly to read the awesome roadtrips as well as browsing the game room section (really looking forward to see V3 come together! ;D ) so I thought I might as well sign up and increase the members number by one. ;)

Personally, I'm not into collecting dedicated cabs (not enough room for me and couldn't decide), but I still love their style and the presence they have.

Best regards,

Alex from Germany

Thanks all : )

Actually I got 10 cabs (soon to be 9 cabs and a pinball) but those are Japanese Candy Cabs and I think they don't really belong here

Edit: Seeing the topic from Ruderudi, I have to revise my previous statement ;D

Here is a glimpse at my game room:

You should rather buy some "real" arcade cabinets! ;D ;D ;D

Hi alex, welcome here. I really envy you for your candy cabs, the row looks awesome.

As you might have read here I'm also building a gameroom at the moment (although, not a lot of progress has been made the last few months due to personal reasons), and I do plan a nice place for my 3 candy cabs, Pachinko and Pachislo in it. Unfortunately I don't have the means or space to built two separate rooms in the shed, but that would be the ultimate achievable, a real classic gameroom with classic cabs, one or two pinballs and a footy table, and a stylish Japanese gameroom with all the Eastern decorum. Well, you never know what the future brings.

And yes, you should get at least one classic cab, I'm sure you will love it.

I´m not much for those Candy Cabs, but i must admit that a row like that looks nice! - be sure to get Ketsui running on one of them!

Yeah, followed your Gameroom topic after you announced what you were up to when you sold some stuff ; )
