BTTF.com has confirmed Digital Spy’s report last week that the first Back to the Future will return to theaters in the United Kingdom beginning October 1, 2010 to celebrate the film’s 25th Anniversary.
The two-week engagement will be presented digitally, utilizing the new digital HD transfer of the film created for the upcoming Blu-ray Disc boxed set release, playing in approximately 200 theaters across the U.K.
Unfortunately, there are no plans to re-release the film to theaters in any other country at this time, including the United States.

Empire Online has published the brand new trailer for the United Kingdom theatrical re-release of Back to the Future this October for a limited engagement.

What I find strange is that it's a UK theater release only, yet the commentary is clearly American.....
Let's hope that it will run in the rest of Europe too. However, I think it's a bit too early for my kid to fully understand the movie...
-
i hope they play it at my local cinema, and i hope they have 18+ only screens for them so all the kids can sit in a separate auditorium, but i think i'm asking for too much...

Or listen all the musics I've used for this one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eVWVDHq3gw) ::) ;)
WOW... I only saw the second and third episode in theater, but not the first one (I saw it on a video VHS... I remember that moment perfectly :-*)
October may be a good period for an other UK roadtrip' after all ::) ;) ;D

You have kids and you have kids. Although my son is only 8, he is quite as a mouse at a movie theater. Not only that I taught him to be, but he just is 100% into the movie. I hate kids who can't be quite during the movie as much as you do.

i was telling my wife about this and the first thing she said was, "is it 3D"?? :'(
-
Did you explain here why it can't be ?
