....and while we are moving further and further off topic....here's a nice way to clean your stylus with...........Magic Erasers (every arcade video game collectors has a box of those at hand :) )

I've done both the wood glue (as a last ditch on a couple clean but crackly LPs) and the magic eraser tricks!

I usually use the Magic Erasers if for some reason the stylus is extra dirty.  Certainly a cheaper alternative to the Onzow Zerodust which is in itself an awesome product I also use.

I'm pretty sure my dad still has one of those (or a similar one from Philips) in his garage, but in a far worse shape. As long back as I can remember it already has been sitting in the garage - only to function as a radio since the cassette player and pickup never worked in my memory. It must already have gathered a 40-year layer of dust, paint specs and mold  ;D
No arcade cab(s) yet, but happy owner of 2 Colecovisions, 2 Amigas and a pc running Mame.
