There is absolutely no sign of any manufacturer or license, I think it was not a totally legal product from Zaccaria.
It is also strange, that in this video it has a different cpo:

For first sight it seems like 10-15 cabs and 1-2 pinballs could be fit in there, depends on the measures of the BAR!
