... i would go for a room that is 150m2, you will (just as i have  :-\) run out of space before you know it!
But a great guy, that just by himself took action! - definitely not what they do in denmark!!!  :( they never sees solution´s here, always problems, and more problems!

-EDIT-
Just so you guys know is that the term "Shed/The Shed" is a copyrighted trademark of Muerto Inc... :P

If I had the money I would built a shed of 150 m2, but the 150 m2 is only the extra m2 I am allowed to have in total on my land besides the main building (my house). And from that 150 m2 60 m2 is already been used by the previous owner. So I have 90 m2 left, of which 60 m2 will be for the new shed. Remains 30 m2 for future use (swimming pool  ;D ;D )

I thought changing a bestemmingsplan took YEARS ?!!?!

I guess it's just an addition or something like that, because the actual function of your ground and buildings will stay "living'.

Anyway, good news indeed, even if it will take longer.

So, how much do you want to pay us to not file against the change  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

hèhèhè, no chance, you guys are no parties concerned.

Or in fact you are, you all want the gameroom to be ready because there will be a big opening party. And you're all invited. So better file nothing.

OK, I decided to reschedule the built to the end of October. But you know what they say, better late(r) then never.  :)

Just be patient, your time will come  :) And you have the advantage that you can fill it right away with a bunch of awesome games, which all got the 'Ully treatment' already ;D

i know it will - i've already talked with andre about that topic. currently my plan of attack is to look for a house with a huuuge basement, because i'd love to have my games in the house rather than having to build an additional gameroom. as i've said before, i move might be coming and i need to keep my eyes open for the perfect object!

Ully, in Holland we need loads of teachers....

Not a lot of houses with basements here though (water, water everywhere !).

Seriously, of course I've seen pictures where Ully & co were dragging machines up to his house, but man, it is FOUR stories high (In Holland all buildings with 3 or more stories MUST have elevators).....carrying those babies upstairs is like 7 days of work-out in a gym....

Good news guys, I finally got my building permit!  ;D ;D ;D

I already started to clean out the carport which will be demolished because it stands where the shed will be built. From now on you can finally expect pictures of the building of the shed and gameroom.  :)
