All the rest / Re: The ultimate music of the 80s
« on: October 03, 2011, 07:22:59 AM »
The 80's.... The era of free radio... I was listening every weekend to RAFF 102 (Radio als flitsend fenomeen), so my taste is a bit different. Hard to choose just one, so here are a few:

Stacy Lattisaw - Nail It To The Wall (12 Inch Mix) http://youtu.be/0y_Nl52F1io
Cherrelle With Alexander O'Neal - Saturday Love (Extended Version) http://youtu.be/DDywRDwiVYU
The Gap Band - Oops Up Side Your Head http://youtu.be/tCf1ZCZZ6GE
Cameo - Word Up http://youtu.be/MZjAantupsA
The Brothers Johnson - Stomp! http://youtu.be/tPBDMihPRJA

I don't know about you, but in my opinion every arcade should have some music playing. Now in order to have the right musical wallpaper to fit with our beautiful classics, I thought why not make an Arcade Music Top 100? As times past by, my memory seems to have a pretty big hole in it, so I need all your help!!! Send in your personal favorites, and I will make a list.

Made a small drawing... Just have to put it up here....

If you hook up a normal switcher for the step down convertor then there is no problem right? So why wanna go for a 110 Volt switcher?

21
Sorry, as i said above, unfortunately these are not switchable as well... But except for the fact that you can hook them up after the step down convertor thus to be switched on on 1 switch, why not go for a 220-240?

22
Let me have a look, I got 3 lying around here, not sure if they are 230 only.... but 200-240 VAC only... You can have 1 if you like, shipping costs only.

Woodgrain?

Brilliant catch!!!!

Well... I can imagine that it's more fun to tell a story of an alien craft in the wild, and I don't want to be a party pooper here, but I'm quite sure it was something in the proximity of your roof (or maybe on it).... Why? Because the sharpness of the edges are to crisp to be far away. As you can see at other parts in the picture, let's say the tree, as the object is are further away from the roof they become less sharp...

So I would say....

Again, it's looking incredible!!! I agree wit Kroustibat, you should start a BTO (Build to order) replica business... Since some cabinets are pretty hard to find I know I would probably order one....

Just wondering, since there is no Bob the Builder stuff around the V3 right now, when will the roof be placed? Or is it an open air arcade?  :)

Your garden is looking great right now!

Just viewed Tron:Legacy it in the comfort of my own house again, and funny enough even though the Theatre her has a THX certification it sounded way better here!!! And I must say, I liked the movie quadrupidly better then the first time I saw it, it's eyecandy and eargasm in one....

So.... Must order Remix Album immediatly.... :)

Look like the build is back up to speed. What's the ETA?

I can only imagine how big it really is, and I bet it's bigger then you expected!
