I think it's a German licensed game from ADP, but I'm not 100% sure.

Lady Bug is such an underrated game. I probably played this more than Pac Man back in the days, the reason that I simply saw more Lady Bug cabs around in Holland, they seemed to be everywhere !..... but it's a great little game....doesn't get the love it deserves
