Matteo - while (for the purpose of the book) there may have been screens overlayed on photos I'm not sure I would consider that a "big error" -- because I am not in Europe it is difficult to get source material ... however, if you would like to share what you CONSIDER to be incorrect with me, via private messaging, I would really appreciate it and will make any corrections for the next release.

Considering the amount of material inside the book there are bound to be errors, I just find it interesting that you are calling them big errors--anyways, would love to get your feedback (or the feedback of anyone else) on something you think may be incorrect to make for a better product.

Thanks

Darth your autographed one has gone out from me, the other copy (I believe you ordered a standard and an autographed one) went out previously - but shipped direct from manufacturing warehouse. Either way, you should be getting one or the other very very soon! :) Hang in there!

I need it for archival purposes as well as my special project-- italiandoh can you put it into a public DROPBOX folder or use a service like http://www.fileconvoy.com to send it? They give you an URL and then anyone that has the link can download it for up to 7 days. If you don't want to post publicly then send the URL to sbolton at gmail (dot com) --- thanks!

Hey everyone - I'm working on a special little project (details to be revealed soon) and for it, I'm looking for high quality pictures of Dragon's Lair collections around the world.

If you are interested in participating, please send them to me at sbolton -at- gmail.com

Include your name, country, and details about your collection. Feel free to include any personal memories and point out any particularly special pieces and how you obtained them.

I will let you know personally if and how I intend to use your submission!

Thanks!

So there was a post a long time ago about someone putting up an episode of "That's Incredible!" on YouTube that featured a Dragon's Lair competition.

That video has since been removed.

Does anyone here have a copy of it? I normally download these things and save them but for some reason I missed doing it with this video.

Please let me know - thanks!

Dragon's Lair / Space Ace / Dragon's Lair Interviews you may have missed
« on: February 03, 2012, 12:19:49 PM »
Hey folks I just wanted you to be aware of two interviews about Dragon's Lair that you might have missed over the years. I just posted them to YouTube.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nna73OEOj3s

This one is around 14 minutes long and was on the "Screen Savers" - a great old Tech TV program. Leo Laporte talks to Rick, Gary and Don. Starts out with the background and history of the original and then moves on to DL3D.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCGaD_Ac0Ro

This one aired on The Electric Playground (aka EP Daily) which is a Canadian television show about gaming--actually it's the longest running TV show about video games in the world! Tommy Tallarico (Video Games Live) used to be a host and interviews Rick, Don and Gary and again - the first part is about the original Dragon's Lair and the second is about the "upcoming" Dragon's Lair 3D.

Enjoy Dragon's Lair fans - hopefully this is all "new" material for some of you :)
